Meet Patrick
Patrick Fornasari is the Lead Stager Consultant and Decorator of Studio Linea Home Staging and Redesign. He started in 2001, at the beginning purely as a dilettante, helping friends, relatives and neighbours in redecorating and staging their properties.
In 2009, he decided to consider this path more seriously and drastically change his career. He successfully obtained certification from the Haverhill Institute of Home Staging and Redesign and independently launched Studio Linea.
Patrick has always gravitated toward visual arts such as painting, sculpting and drawing. He pursued more interests in figurative arts at the Toronto School of Arts and searching for more prolific challenges, he decided to integrate his creativity and resources to the art of home staging. His purpose is to express creativity, commitment and dedication to his client by applying home staging techniques and finding unique solutions to home decor challenges.
His greatest reward is to see clients completely satisfied with the project and the final outcome. As a selected certified home stager, he provides full liability insurance and he is a registered member of R.E.S.A. (Real Estate Staging Association).
